Dell was fantastic from start to finish - incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the local area, brilliant sense of humour and great company throughout the trip, which made the day even more enjoyable. I also had my small dog with me, and Dell couldn't have been more accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. He even arranged taxis to and from the harbour, as well as water taxis to our lunch restaurant, and everything was organised perfectly. The whole day ran so smoothly, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy ourselves. The boat itself was beautiful and absolutely immaculate, clearly maintained to the highest standard. Everything about the experience felt relaxed, professional, and tailored to ensure we had the best possible time. If you're in the Poole area and looking to hire a boat, you genuinely couldn't do any better. This was the perfect day out, and I couldn't recommend Dell and his company highly enough. We'll definitely be back!”
